Terms of Service

By activating or using Offshorevoip services you agree to these terms. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service

We provide VoIP trunks, DIDs, messaging, and related communications infrastructure. Service levels, capacity, and support response times depend on the plan selected at activation.

No KYC policy

Activation does not require KYC or identity document uploads. You remain responsible for lawful use of the service in every jurisdiction where you operate.

Billing

Fees are billed in USD. Destination-based usage rates apply. Non-payment may result in suspension. Consultation-led onboarding is required; there is no free self-serve trial.
